1. What Dealor AI Is

Dealor AI provides an AI-powered real estate conversational platform that helps buyers, sellers, brokers, agencies, investors, developers and real-estate teams search, understand, list and connect around property. Dealor AI is a technology platform, not a licensed real-estate broker or brokerage — we do not represent either party in a transaction, negotiate on anyone's behalf, or hold any funds in escrow. All information the app provides — whether typed by a user or generated by our AI — is provided for informational purposes to help you research and communicate, and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial or real-estate advice.

2. Listing and Property Information Is User-Submitted and May Be Inaccurate

• Property listings on the app are entered by individual users (sellers, brokers, agencies) and are not verified or guaranteed by Dealor AI before appearing to other users, beyond the automated safety checks described in Section 7.
• An asking price shown on a listing is exactly that — the price the person listing it is asking for. It is not a verified transaction price, an appraisal, or a guarantee that a sale will occur at that price.
• You are responsible for independently verifying any listing before relying on it — including confirming the property actually exists as described, current availability, ownership, and price, directly with the lister or through your own diligence.
• Project and RERA-related information the app shows (including anything labelled as coming from a trusted or official source) should still be independently verified against the relevant state RERA authority or the developer directly before you rely on it for a purchase decision.

3. AI-Generated Responses

Dealor's AI assistant can make mistakes. It may occasionally produce an incomplete, outdated, or incorrect answer, and it does not have access to live, real-time market data. Nothing the AI says is a guarantee of price, availability, investment return, or future property appreciation — Dealor AI makes no guarantee of any investment return or appreciation on any property discussed in the app. Treat AI responses as a starting point for your own research, not a final answer.

4. Your Account

You sign in by verifying your phone number with an SMS one-time code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. If you list a property or submit any content through the app, you confirm that the information you provide is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and not fraudulent, misleading, or intended to deceive another user (for example, listing a property you have no right to sell, or a fictitious property).

5. User Content License

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or list through Dealor AI, including property listings, descriptions, and other content you provide.

By submitting, posting, uploading, or listing content through Dealor AI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, and promote the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you own the content you submit or otherwise have all rights necessary to submit it and grant this license.

6. Optional Contacts Sync

The app may offer an optional contacts sync feature, described fully in our Privacy Policy. You control whether to enable it.

• You must only sync and use contacts you are authorised to manage and contact (for example, your own clients/leads, or contacts you have a lawful basis to contact).
• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations related to communications, consent, and marketing.

7. Listing Safety, Reports and Blocking

To keep listings trustworthy, public listing text is automatically screened before it becomes visible to other users, and is re-screened whenever its public text is edited. We may reject or hold back a listing that our automated checks flag, and may remove a listing at any time if it is later found to be abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of these terms.

• Any user can report a listing they believe is misleading, a scam, abusive, a duplicate, or no longer available. Reports are reviewed by our team; the person you report is not told who reported them.
• Any user can block another user. Once blocked, that user's listings should no longer be shown to you, and you should no longer be suggested to each other for a connect call.
• We may suspend or terminate a user's access to the app for violating these terms, submitting fraudulent listings, abusing the calling or connect system, or receiving repeated, substantiated reports.

8. AI Processing and Calls

• Before your first AI-powered query, we ask for your explicit consent to send your message and relevant property context to OpenAI to generate a response, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may decline and use non-AI parts of the app instead.
• You consent to AI-assisted or AI-generated calls and messages being initiated through the platform on your behalf when you use the connect/calling features (for example, outreach and routing between a buyer and a seller).
• You agree not to use the calling, connect, or messaging features for spam, harassment, deceptive practices, or any unlawful purpose.

9. Phone-Mediated Connect

The "Connect" feature places a real phone call between a buyer and a seller or agent, bridged through our own number — neither party's raw phone number is shown to the other inside the app. This makes it possible to speak with someone about a property without exchanging personal contact details up front.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account, confirmed with a fresh SMS code) — see our account deletion page for details. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

12. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers, including:

• Twilio (calls and SMS)
• OpenAI (AI responses)
• ElevenLabs (call voice synthesis)
• Firebase (push notifications)
• Cloud infrastructure providers (hosting)

We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by these third-party services.

13. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the app, including reliance on a listing, an AI-generated response, or a connect call.
• We do not guarantee successful connections between buyers and sellers, the accuracy of any listing, or any investment return or property appreciation.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these terms
• You submit fraudulent or abusive listings or content
• You misuse the calling, connect, or messaging system
• You receive repeated, substantiated reports from other users

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
