Account
You can permanently delete your Dealor AI account, and the personal data tied to it, directly inside the app. This is a self-serve flow — you do not need to email anyone or wait for a reply.
Open Dealor AI and go to Settings
Tap your profile or the menu, then Settings.
Tap Delete Account
Under the Account section, tap "Delete account". You'll see a short explanation of what this removes.
Confirm
Tap through to confirm you want to proceed.
Verify with a fresh SMS code
We send a new one-time code by SMS to your registered phone number. Enter it to prove it's really you — this is the same OTP mechanism used to sign in.
Permanent deletion
Once verified, your account, chat history, saved properties, listings and notification settings are permanently removed. This cannot be undone, and it happens immediately — there is no waiting period.
A small number of records that are shared with another person — for example, a lead created from a connect request you made or received — may be anonymised rather than deleted outright, so the other person's own records stay intact. If you create a new account later with the same phone number, it is treated as a brand-new account; nothing from the deleted account is restored.
If you're having trouble signing in or reaching the delete-account screen — for example, you no longer have access to your registered phone number — you can submit a request through dealor.in/support using the "Account deletion" category, and our team will help.
