Dealor AI("we", "our", or "us") provides Dealor AI, a conversational real-estate assistant app for buyers, sellers, brokers, agencies, investors and developers, and the dealor.in website. This Privacy Policy explains what the Dealor AI app and website actually collect, how it is used, which outside services process it, and the rights you have over it — written to match what the app does today, not generic boilerplate.
When you use the Dealor AI app, we collect:
The current Dealor AI app does not access, read or upload your device contacts. It does not request the contacts permission, and no contact names or phone numbers from your address book are sent to our servers.
A future version of the app may introduce optional contact-related features. If that happens, they will be off by default, will only run if you explicitly enable them and grant the device permission, and this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is collected before any such feature collects contact data. Nothing in this section describes current collection.
Dealor AI is built on a small number of specialised outside services. We do not sell any of the data below, and we do not share it for anyone's advertising.
OpenAI is a third-party AI provider Dealor uses for two things covered by the same permission: generating AI responses to your property questions, and reviewing public listing text for safety before it becomes visible to others. When you use an AI-powered feature, this can include: your messages and search requests; the property requirements and preferences contained in those messages; listing or property text you submit for AI processing; and other property context relevant to your request. Nothing is sent to OpenAI until you explicitly choose "Allow AI Processing" the first time an AI-powered feature is needed on your account — choosing "Not Now" means that request is not sent, and non-AI parts of the app remain fully available. You can withdraw this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & AI → AI Processing.
Twilio sends your sign-in verification code by SMS and, for the connect feature, places and bridges phone calls between a buyer and a seller or agent using our own Twilio number as an intermediary — your and the other party's raw phone numbers are used server-side to place the call, but are never shown to each other in the app.
For connect calls, a short script of text (which may include a name and a project name) is sent to ElevenLabs, which converts it into a spoken audio clip played over the call. This is text-to-speech only — ElevenLabs generates audio from text we send it; it does not receive or process any recording of your voice.
If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers push notifications to your device using a device token it assigns; the notification content (for example, a lead or call update) is sent through Firebase to reach you.
The Dealor AI app's backend and database run on managed hosting infrastructure that stores your account and app data securely on our behalf.
These are two separate, unrelated things, and we want to be precise about each:
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between the app and our servers and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is completely immune to risk, and we work to reduce it on an ongoing basis.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists, so the app can function (for example, so your chat history and saved properties are there when you come back). If you delete your account (Section 9), your personal data is removed as described there. Some records that are shared with another person (for example, a lead created from your connect request) may be anonymised rather than deleted outright, so the other person's own records stay intact.
You can permanently delete your account and its associated personal data yourself, at any time, directly in the app: Settings → Delete Account, then confirm with a fresh SMS verification code sent to your registered number. This is a self-serve, in-app flow — you do not need to email anyone to delete your account. Deletion removes your account, chats, saved properties, listings and notification settings as described above, and cannot be undone. If you have trouble accessing the app to delete your account, you can reach us at dealor.in/support, and see the dedicated dealor.in/delete-account page for a full walkthrough.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request a copy of your personal data, in addition to the self-serve deletion in Section 9. You can exercise these rights by reaching us through dealor.in/support, using the "Privacy/Data request" category.
Separately from the app, the dealor.in marketing website collects what you submit through its early-access, demo-request and support forms (name, contact details, and your message), plus standard website analytics (pages viewed, campaign attribution) through Google Analytics and/or Meta Pixel, where enabled, and basic request logs. This data is handled by our website backend, hosted on Railway, and is used only to respond to your request and understand site usage.
For any privacy question or request, use our support form and choose the "Privacy/Data request" category. We do not yet publish a direct email address for this.
We may update this policy as the app changes. We will update the Effective Date above when we do.
